Yes. Similar to an antenatal course, you find the programme which is best suited to your due date. For example, if the programme runs May, June, July and your baby is due in April, May or June you might want to join this programme. If your baby is due in July you may prefer to join the August, September, October programme. If you aren’t sure then just give me a call to chat it through.
There will be some mums who are still pregnant when they join so we have ensured that there are sections of information that are relevant to read whilst still pregnant, ideas of things you can do to help you prepare for having a baby, rather than the pregnancy itself. The main content is relevant for parents once the baby is born, postnatal support for the first months with your baby on the outside.
Some parents enjoying joining in last few weeks of pregnancy so they can see what is coming up for them and feel more prepared.
This membership group is currently only running on facebook. You may want to considering setting up an account for this purpose only.
Yes. You can join at any time during these months but your membership would still end at the end of that particular programme regardless of your start date. You would still have access to all of the information and classes as it is all recorded and saved and accessible at any time.

The person who has access to the membership group, can be the birth mother or main carer and content will be relevant to any partner who is supporting the birth mother so they would be welcome to get involved in the sessions they feel relevant to them e.g watch the lives/pre records or join in with the baby massage class etc.
