What can I expect from the Sleep Consultation Process
My holistic approach means I look at all areas of a child’s life, in order to improve the sleep situation for everyone – and in a way that’s gentle, not stressful. Don’t wait until you’re beyond exhausted: instead start by setting in place expectations and routines (and flexibilities!) that suit your circumstances.
I have three Sleep Support Packages on offer, read below to choose the one that you feel fits you best. Once you have chosen I’ll ask you to fill out a form so I can understand more about your family’s experiences with sleep. It’ll be treated with confidentiality and form the basis of our initial consultation.
One of the biggest differences with my longer packages compared to others is the duration that we work together. I deliberately take on a limited number of clients so I can work with you over a longer period of time and truly get to know you and your family, and work alongside you. For this reason my work sits well with parents who are practicing responsive and gentle parenting methods. The sleep support without ‘sleep training’.
- An initial online consultation, lasting 60 mins, where we talk through your situation, discuss your ideal outcome, and make a plan for some next steps to improve your sleep situation
- A full typed copy of the plan we make together is emailed to you
- A further 2 x 30-minute catch-up sessions, scheduled weekly within an additional 2-week period, to make sure you feel supported in your progress and help you make changes and tweaks to the plan along the way
- A series of videos and written resources to solidify your knowledge and support the changes you’re making
- This package is ideal if you are generally confident in your parenting, happy to make changes to your sleep situation fairly autonomously, want to check your ideas and progress, gain some knowledge and insights about sleep, perhaps doing multistep changes to your situation within the first week
- Price of this package: £180
- An initial online consultation lasting 90 mins, where we talk through your situation, discuss how to achieve your ideal outcome, and make a detailed plan for next steps
- A written copy of the plan we made, emailed after the session
- A further 4 x 30-minute catch-up sessions, scheduled at times to suit you within the 6-week period, to make sure you feel supported
- A series of videos and written resources to solidify your knowledge and support the changes you’re making
- This package is great for you if you want to make changes slowly, gain clear step by step stages but action them bit by bit, want lots of support during this time, if you are feeling stuck, don’t know where to start, you may have been in this situation for a while, are feeling confused with the whole thing
- Price of this package: £315
- An initial online consultation lasting 90 mins, where we talk through your situation, discuss how to achieve your ideal outcome, and make a detailed plan for next steps
- A written copy of the plan we made, emailed after the session
- A further 8 x 30-minute catch-up sessions, scheduled at times to suit you within the 10-week period, to make sure you feel entirely supported
- A series of videos and written resources to solidify your knowledge and support the changes you’re making
- This package is great for you if you want to make changes slowly, gain clear step by step stages but action them in small manageable chunks similar to The Standard above but this package offers you even more time and support
- Families that choose this package want peace of mind that you have me by your side, championing you for nearly 3 months whilst you make the changes you require within your household
- As with all my packages the support you receive is unique and tailored to your needs

- A one hour consultation to discuss your unique situation, ask questions, get peace of mind and reassurance about what you and your baby are doing
- Access to some written resources and videos if necessary
- No written plans or scheduled followups
- We won’t have time for complex trouble shooting during this one hour so this best suited for parents of younger babies who have questions about starting routines and also for parents of older babies who have simple questions about their babies sleep.
- This is also an ideal package for expectant parents who want to learn all about what baby sleep might be like once little one has arrived, to rest your mind, help you feel confident, give you knowledge and confidence to find your instinct and enjoy the early months
- Price of this package: £60
My Aim & Values
- I support tired parents, and I aim to get them as much sleep as possible by making lifestyle and routine changes within their household.
- I want to ensure all parents understand what realistic age-appropriate sleep behaviours and patterns are for babies and children – making sure we balance that with ideal outcomes and timelines.
- I aim to give parents the confidence to find their instinctive style so they can parent their way with responsive techniques that have longevity and can continue to be used as your child grows.
- I use a mixture of methods, depending on your family’s needs. Sometimes the changes can have really quick results, other times it might be slower – however it is always respectful to the child, and at a speed that is workable for parents.
- I never use methods where a baby is left alone to cry. Helping the child adapt to changes is always at the forefront of my mind when proposing strategies.
- My beliefs, knowledge and methods are based on research and evidence from scientific studies.
- I am passionate about Maternal Mental Health as well as the Mother & Infant connection, and this is key when I’m finding solutions for families.
