From Lockdown to Recovery

Support the health of your children through better sleep, attachment, nutrition and play. We’re delighted to be running this free Parenting Course in Association for Mothers For Mothers and funded by Children in Need.

You do not need to attend all the sessions, if you miss one that is ok. Handouts will be circulated after each session relating to the topics.

The course will run via Zoom, and we will circulate the links in advance to those signed up.
