My name is Emma. I would love to give you the support you need to help you feel confident and happy during your transition to Motherhood and beyond. That transition is called Matrescence.
Matrescence is momentous, wonderful and exciting, but often it can also be bumpy, confusing and disorientating. Your Matrescence journey is unique but commonly it is one that often takes Mums by surprise.
I specialise in working with Mums who are having a difficult time; whether you are struggling to bond with yorur baby, or if they have colic or reflux or had a difficult birth. Or you have a cronic illness, cronic pain, or maybe you’re a highly sensitive person and find Motherhood particularly overwhelming. Whatever the reason, however you feel…if things are hard I can be there for you.
I am here to support you, and have been working with new parents just like you for over 10years.
