We take the safety of our clients and families seriously, and want everyone to stay well.
The Gentle Touch remains open during lockdown and we continue to support your parenting. We are running a full set of our services online and will return to face to face classes when it is safe to do so. Either email us for 1:1 support, or see booking page for courses and classes

The Gentle Touch
We are Emma and Anna and we want you to feel confident and happy in your mothering. Emma is a Holistic Sleep Coach, and Anna is a Nutritional Therapist. We have worked with over 1500 new mothers and both have over 8 years experience in teaching Baby Massage.
We aim to help you tap into your mothering instinct, to help you feel relaxed, nourished, listened to, confident and happy. You will then feel more able to soothe, nourish and connect with your baby.
