Chocolate Orange Snack Bars









zest of 1 orange,

juice of 1/2 orange,

1x handful of cashew nuts,

2 handfuls of pumpkin seeds,

1x cup of oats,

1x cocoa powder,

1x handful of dates

1x handful of apricots.


Blitz in blender and then push into a lined baking tray. Chill in fridge for 30 mins before cutting up into chunks.
